Short Bio: Bruno L. Dalmazo received his Ph.D. in Information Science and Technology from the University of Coimbra in 2018. He completed his M.Sc. in Computer Science in 2011 at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, and earned his B.Sc. in Computer Science in 2008 from the Federal University of Santa Maria, Brazil. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the Center for Computational Sciences of the Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG), where he teaches in both undergraduate and graduate programs. He also serves as a research professor at the Embrapii iTec/FURG Unit in Robotics and Automation, leading multiple technological and innovative R&D projects supported by public and private funding. His primary research interests include network traffic prediction, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and security and privacy in cloud computing environments.
